La Douceur Gourmande is a bakery and confiserie, where you can find delicious cakes for any type of celebration. We have a wide range of sweets, pastries and desserts that are perfect for any celebration. The design of each product is unique, handmade, fresh and made with love according to the client’s requests.

Behind la Douceur Gourmande, is Germaine Marie Ngo Hanna.

I am a health care professional and passionate about cakes since my early childhood. For a few years I have been interested in cake design. I made many cakes that were widely appreciated and this encourages me to share this passion with a wider audience. Through my cakes, I would like not only to share my passion but also to offer my customers unique and memorable mounted pieces.

I am a certified Cake designer and I continuously create, develop and improve my techniques, the taste and design of my cakes.

The ingredients used for the realization of the cakes are of better quality in order to offer your taste buds an exquisite flavour.

Our ingredients:
Sponge cake base: wheat flour (405), egg, sugar, salt. Can contain milk, oil and baking powder.
Chocolate sponge cake base: wheat flour (405), cocoa, salt, egg, sugar. Can contain milk, oil and baking powder.
Butter cream: sugar, egg, butter.
Cream cheese: cream cheese (cream, skimmed milk, salt), sugar, butter.

Various fruit purees (strawberry, blueberries, pear, lemon, orange, mango, peach)
Dark chocolate coating, 56% cocoa minimum (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring, may contain traces of milk Chocolate coating whole milk (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring)
White chocolate coating (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring)
Bourbon vanilla (Madagascar)

Coconut flakes (may contain traces of nuts)

Peanut butter (90% peanut kernels, cane sugar, peanut oil, palm fat, salt, may contain traces of nuts)
